Introducing the premium paraffin-based line work cakes from GTX, available individually in Chantilly Lace (White) or Black Velvet (Black). Specially formulated for crisp, high-opacity detailing, these individual 120g cakes deliver the perfect consistency for line work and will sit beautifully on top of our glycerin paint range.
Please note: Each color is sold separately. Select your preferred shade from the dropdown options.
Quick Facts:
-
Premium Formulation: Unlike the glycerin base found in the rest of our line, these line work cakes feature a professional paraffin base.
-
Easy Identification: To help you easily differentiate these in your kit, both Chantilly Lace and Black Velvet containers feature PINK writing on the label and are marked “Facepaint LINER Cake” (rather than “Crafting cake”).
-
Size & Pricing: Currently available exclusively in large 120g containers. Due to specialized manufacturing costs, pricing is slightly higher than our standard 120g cakes.
-
Versatility: While these are optimized for crisp line work, they can also be used for bases. (Note: For creating your own custom split cakes, we still recommend using True White).
-
Availability: True White and True Black will remain available in our standard glycerin formula.

I had asked a group of face painters what the best white was because the ones I was using just weren't vibrant enough. The Chantilly Lace white did not disappoint. I canseea huge difference.
Great coverage, crisp lines and fast activation. Love GTX paints.
I have been working with the Chantilly lace and the black velvet four line work since it was released and I absolutely love it
Chantilly lace is beautiful for line work and, it creates an opaque and smooth finish and has a long lasting effect
I absolutely love working with it.
One of my favourite ways to work with a paraffin Face Paint is to have two of the same color, especially at high volume long busy events and I will switch them out throughout the event so that they do not get oversaturated
This can happen with any paraffin Face Paint
And it’s one of my favourite tips to keep it from getting really gooey, which can happen if you oversaturate your face.
The black velvet is the most glorious black I’ve ever worked with.
It is a smooth opaque black finish
And a little goes a long way.
I do practice the same method as with the white because it is a paraffin based Face Paint. I usually have two blacks on hand for long busy events.
And I will switch out halfway through the event so that neither product gets gooey
And for your bang for your buck, this is a great liner product in both Chantilly lace and black velvet
Highly recommend 10 out of 10 gold star
Really good paint, the color is pop out
