Shipping policy

GTX Facepaint ships internationally. If you don't see your country listed, please email us for a custom quote at hello@gtxfacepaint.com.

We make every effort to ship orders Monday through Saturday, and we aim to ship orders on the same day or next business day. However, please note that some orders may require additional processing time.

Please be aware that national holidays are an exception to our regular shipping schedule. Orders placed on or immediately before a national holiday may experience additional processing and shipping delays.

We ship using a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We purchase a shipping label for carrier and rate selected by the customer at checkout and are not responsible for the order and product after the carrier has taken possession of the order. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can track your package's progress. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
